Mr. Ellis A Jones joined TPC Group’s Board of Directors in 2023. He is the former Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer for Goodyear, where he integrated sustainability into its business strategy. He led the development of Goodyear’s sustainability framework, enabling the integration of sustainability into such essential functions as materials science, procurement, marketing and manufacturing.
Mr. Jones brings a unique combination of business experience to the Board by previously serving in leadership positions in accounting, finance, manufacturing operations, EHS, and sustainability.
He has more than 30 years of industry experience transforming organizations and creating the structure, environment, and capability to improve and sustain business performance.
Mr. Jones graduated from Hampton University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He earned his Master’s in Operational Excellence from Ohio State University.
