Houston Operations

Our Houston Operating facility employs nearly 300 full-time employees and 125 contractors. Located in Houston’s east end, our Houston Operations is our largest operating facility. We produce butadiene, butene-1, raffinate, isobutylene, diisobutylene and polyisobutylene at our 256-acre site near the Houston Ship Channel. Combined production capacity here is more than 1.5 billion pounds per year.

More than a manufacturing facility, our employees demonstrate a commitment to being a good neighbor, by not only safe and environmentally-sound operations, but being a part of what makes the community thrive. Whether it is participation in back-to-school supply drives or an adopt-a-family program during the holidays, our employees seek opportunities to give back and make a difference.
