All For One Foundation
The TPC All for One Foundation is about more than taking care of our employees, it’s about our employees caring for each other. That’s what it means to be One TPC.
In the wake of Hurricane Harvey, one of the most devastating natural disasters along the Texas Gulf Coast, the true spirit of our All for One culture prevailed under the most difficult circumstances. The Foundation was established in September 2017 with a $100,000 donation from TPC and a commitment to match employee donations up to an aggregate of another $100,000. In a short time, our employees rallied to raise $80,000 from the combined employee donation and Company match.
The Foundation’s permanent 501(c)(3) status offers the Company and our employees a permanent funding mechanism to help our co-workers when they are facing unexpected personal hardship.
Employees can show their support, kindness and generosity by making donations to the TPC All for One Foundation, through a payroll deduction, or one-time payment. Employees who face personal hardships may also apply to The Foundation for funding.
In addition to the financial support provided by the Foundation, the Company’s Volunteer Recovery Team plans, organizes and mobilizes employee volunteers to help their co-workers that are in need. The collective efforts of these employees are a heartwarming display of an All for One effort!
