Scott Dutton

Scott Dutton is Vice President, Human Resources of TPC Group. Mr. Dutton joined TPC Group in February 2014. Mr. Dutton has more than 25 years of experience Including more than 15 years in the petroleum and chemical industry.

Mr. Dutton joined the Company in 2014 as the manager of talent acquisition, and then in 2015 assumed responsibility as the HR Business Partner in support of SG&A along with HRIS, Reporting and Payroll.  After implementation of a unified HRIS and successful rollout of TPC’s transparent compensation programs, Mr. Dutton became Director, HR Compensation and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). 

Prior to joining TPC Group, Mr. Dutton held progressive positions in Finance and Human Resources with PNC Bank (formerly National City Bank), TCG, Eaton Corporation (formerly Cooper Industries), and Lubrizol.
