Isobutylene Derivatives
Within our isobutylene derivatives business, TPC prides itself on its customer focus as we play a key role as a merchant manufacturer and supplier to the market. TPC Group is one of only three North American manufacturers of high purity isobutylene (HPIB) and the only manufacturer of high purity di-isobutylene (DIB) in the Western Hemisphere.
We manufacture HPIB and DIB at our Houston operations for supply into a variety of market applications that include butyl rubber, lube and fuel additives, antioxidants, paints and coatings, personal care products and more.
All HPIB and DIB products are available in railcar, isocontainer or truck. In addition, TPC Group has access to dock loading for DIB sales in ships or barges.
